Honey Spiced Chicken
This Recipe is some thing super quick and very versatile. If you have kids you can always dim down on the spice so its not too spicy for them. you can also make this super fun. The first time I made this recipe I made them into tacos. The second time doing this recipe I laid it on a bed of Barley and vegetables. That is why I love this recipe, it can be paired with any size dish. I hope you guys enjoy this lovely chicken recipe!

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Honey:                                       2.5 Tablespoon
Cayenne Pepper spice:          1 teaspoon
Hot sauce:                                 3 drops
Olive oil:                                    1 Tablespoon
Salt:
Pepper
Chicken tenders (or Breast):  small pack

Instruction:
  1. gather all ingredients
  2. mix the honey, cayenne, hot sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper together. For the salt and pepper just add a pinch
  3. taste the mixture. If it is too spicy add more honey, if you want a little more heat then you can add more hot sauce or cayenne. Just make sure you taste as you go.
  4. Season your chicken with salt and pepper
  5. Spread the the glaze onto both sides of the chicken with a spoon or any utensils.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
